We’re pleased to have Robbi as the office manager. Robbi has been a dental assistant for more than 25 years. She decided to go into the dental field to help people not be afraid to go to the dentist and has come to specialize in patient comfort! She loves helping people keep their smile beautiful. Robbi is married, has three awesome sons, and three dogs. She loves to spend time outside in the summer and enjoys CrossFit. Born and raised in Irving, Texas but has lived in Arlington, Texas for the past 20 years.
Linda has been a dental assistant since 2012 and looks forward to many more years in the dental field. She’s always wanted to be in a field that helps people and, as a young teenager, she enjoyed going to the dentist and orthodontist and seeing all the fancy gadgets. She loves being part of a team that helps improve the quality of life for others while improving their smile. Linda is married and has three kids and two fur babies that keep her very busy. Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, she is 100% Texan.
With 5 years of experience, Summer from San Diego, CA, is a skilled RDA who values how a healthy smile boosts confidence. She enjoys hiking, knitting, and time with her two dogs, Stormy and Buck. Summer takes pride in helping patients understand the importance of oral health and appreciates their gratitude for the care they receive.
Jackson is from Arlington, TX and enjoying his career as a Registered Dental Assistant. He holds a RDA certification from Lake Arlington Dental Assisting School, which is Dr Macalik’s dental assisting school, and enjoys talking to patients, helping them feel at ease. In his free time, Jackson likes to relax and listen to music.
Karis brings six years of dental assisting experience and a natural eye for detail, enhanced by her background as a certified makeup artist. She loves that dentistry offers something new every day and values the opportunity to connect with each patient on an individual level. Her favorite part of the job is helping people feel more confident in their smiles and overall appearance. Outside the office, Karis enjoys reading, attending concerts, spending time with her dog, and working on puzzles.
Tina has been a dental assistant since 2009 and brings a deep passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Inspired by a family friend in dentistry, she finds the most fulfillment in getting patients out of pain, easing dental anxiety, and helping create confident new smiles. Tina is a proud mom of two children and values spending time with family and friends. Outside the office, she enjoys camping, four-wheeling, sewing, painting, and working on puzzles. She also loves music, watching karaoke, and caring for her cow and two dogs, plus anything and everything purple.
Amy has been practicing dental hygiene since 2004. She has had the opportunity to work in both pediatric and general dentistry and enjoys both of them. Her favorite part about her job as a dental hygienist is building relationships with her patients. She loves getting to know people and their life experiences. She especially loves working with anxious patients, taking her time to ease their anxieties and give them a positive dental experience. She and her husband have two children, a son and a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and traveling.
Hilda has been a dental hygienist since 2010. She decided to go into the field of dentistry because she wanted to help educate patients on proper oral hygiene and show them how those changes can translate to healthier teeth and gums. Hilda says it’s always rewarding to see patients improve their dental health because once they see how beautiful their teeth look, they can’t stop smiling! Hilda is originally from Costa Rica and now loves in Texas since 1997. She and her husband of 32 years have two children, a son and daughter, and three grandchildren. In her free time. Hilda enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Della is known for her warm, approachable style and genuine connection with patients. Married to her high school sweetheart, Stephen, she stays busy with their son, a fish, and over 50 thriving houseplants. Coming from outside the dental field, and having once been fearful of the dentist herself, Della has a unique ability to relate to patients and help them feel at ease from the very first interaction. She finds the most fulfillment in building relationships and connecting face-to-face with each person who walks through the door. Outside the office, she enjoys being outdoors, writing and creating, and is a co-author of a children’s book focused on bullying and embracing differences.
Marci is from Burleson, Texas. Her journey into the dental field started after attending some college at Medical Assistant School. She’s happily married with two children; a girl, a boy; and a granddaughter, and she has two beloved dogs, Molly and Piper. When not at work, Marci enjoys staying active with CrossFit and cherishing moments with family and friends.
Candice has been in customer service for over 15 years and recently brought her experience and warmth to the dental field. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she moved to Texas three years ago and loves that her new home reminds her of where she came from. She shares her life with her better half, her four daughters, and their rescue Yorkie, Nya, who she absolutely adores. Candice enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever she can. She decided to get into dentistry as a way to challenge herself and try something new, and so far, she’s loving how much she’s learning each day from her experienced team. She’s excited for what the future holds and is especially grateful for the journey she’s on; both professionally and personally.
